Order
At the moment Vetra skincare only ships to Nordic and Baltic countries and throughout Europe. Currently we don’t offer shipping outside EU, but we are working hard on finding solutions for that. Thank you for your patience.
We value every order we receive and strive to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of processing.
Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays will be processed the following Monday/Tuesday or next working day. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
Delivery estimate after dispatch is 2-5 working days through Nordic and Baltic countries and 3-8 working days for the rest of Europe. Shipping delays, weekends and holidays may affect delivery time.

International delivery

All shipping is trackable. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your package. You can check the shipping status of your package.
Vetra Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond the scope of the company.
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The return right applies only to items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
To request a return, please email us at info@vetraskincare.com.Include a copy of the order, your name, customer number (if you have one), phone number, email and address.
If you haven’t received your package or if any of the items was damaged in transport, or if the item your received is wrong, please contact us immediately by email at info@vetraskincare.com. Claims must be done within 14 business days of receiving your order.

Yes, all Vetra products are vegan, they do not contain any animal or animal-derived ingredients.
Vetra is cruelty free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we request third parties to do it on our behalf. Vetra products fully comply with the EU Cosmetic regulations.
Yes, all Vetra products are fragrance free. It doesn’t however mean odour free, as some ingredients, like for example Apple Vinegar in our Exfoliating liquid that has a natural astringent smell, can have a certain odour.
Yes, all Vetra products are dermatologically tested.
Yes, you can use cream cleanser around eye area to remove make up.
Is Cream Cleanser suitable for me if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, Cream Cleanser formula is dermatologically tested, very gentle and suitable for use on sensitive skin.
Can I use Cream Cleanser AM and PM?
You can use Cream Cleanser both AM and PM.
Can I use cream cleanser around the eyes?
Yes, you can use cream cleanser around eye area to remove make up.
Is Cream Cleanser suitable for me if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, Cream Cleanser formula is dermatologically tested, very gentle and suitable for use on sensitive skin.
Can I use Cream Cleanser AM and PM?
You can use Cream Cleanser both AM and PM.
Can the Exfoliating Liquid be used on sensitive skin?
Exfoliating liquid is dermatologically tested and suitable for sensitive skin, however all skins are different and we always recommend make a small patch test to see how your skin reacts. Avoid applying Exfoliating Liquid around your eye area.
Can I use the Exfoliating Liquid daily?
You can use Exfoliating Liquid daily, but we do recommend using it 1-3 times a week and start with using it once a week and slowly increase.
Do I need to rinse the Exfoliating Liquid off?
No, Exfoliating Liquid is a leave on product, once your skin is dry you can follow with any product of your choice. If you still want to neutralize it, follow with Moisturizing Mist and then any other product.
What does biphase mean?
Our BiPhase oil has 2 phases: oil phase and water phase. Shake well before use to ensure you get the best effect.
How often shall I use the BiPhase oil?
You can use the Biohase oil daily as a stand alone product or mix a small amount into your moisturizer.
Can I use Moisturizing Mist AM and PM?
Yes, Moisturizing Mist is suitable for AM and PM application.
Do I need to rinse off the Moisturizing Mist?
No, Moisturizing Mist is a leave on product. You can gently pat the skin to help it absorb.
Is Moisturizing Mist suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, Moisturizing mist is suitable for sensitive skin, it helps to balance skin and reinforce skin natural defense barrier.
